Members of professional and regulated bodies

We're members of the National Association of Estate Agents, a body widely known for it's high standards and ensuring that its 10,000 members across the UK adhere to its strict codes of conduct. We are also members of the ombudsman for Estate Agents. In 2007 we were invited to join the Home Sale Network, a group of over 700 independent agents spread throughout the UK.

The network is a subsidiary of Cartus, the biggest relocation company in the world. This gives us first hand access to many employees that are relocating with their companies from different parts of the UK and indeed the world.

Members of the network are chosen after an extensive mystery shopping exercise and it is a real honour to be selected to act for such a major company. Being part of the group affords us access to buyers from a wide area and helps our vendors who are moving further a field, searching for a new home.

Adam and Mark both have professional qualifications in estate agency and the property market, something that’s surprisingly rare in the industry. As a company, we're committed to proving that we’re dedicated to achieving the highest standards of practice in our sector.
