1.Tom Henshaw
Tom started his estate agency career in 10 years ago and has worked locally using his extensive knowledge of the area, having been brought up in Romsey. Tom initially joined Sparks Ellison in April 2004, but subsequently left to broaden his horizons by travelling the world for six months at the latter end of 2005. Adam and Mark were delighted to welcome Tom back to the company in March 2006. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the business he was promoted to Associate Director at he end of 2006 and is seen by Adam and Mark as very much part of the management team, shaping the future of the business. Tom plays an integral role in all aspects of our business and is continually being praised by our customers for his hard work and pleasant approach.
2.Nicola Waddilove
Nicola was recruited into the estate agency business by Mark Ellison in 1998. Nicola worked with Mark for two years before transferring to Winchester with Adam. Nicola’s time in Winchester included working in the residential sales department and the mortgage department. Nicola joined Sparks Ellison in August 2003 and continually receives thank you cards and presents for her endeavour and success, particularly with her fantastic work in getting a sale to completion. Nicola has lived in Chandlers ford her whole life, schooled at Scantabout & Thornden and still resides here today with her husband Paul and son Daniel.
3.Nicola Curtis
Nicola joined Sparks Ellison at the beginning of 2008 after spending a year with a large corporate estate agent within Chandlers Ford. Nicola first joined the industry ten years ago, working in Winchester, but took a break to bring up and look after her family. Nicola was born in Chandlers Ford then moved away but came back ten years ago with her family and has resided here since. Prior to re-joining the estate agency business Nicola spent some time working at Thornden School. Nicola's enthusiasm for the industry, dedication and local knowledge are especially valuable assets to our business and customers. Nicola is married to Kevin and has three children James, Harry and Lucinda all of whom have schooled in Chandlers Ford.
4.Lisa Chalk
Lisa was appointed to Sparks Ellison in 2006 in a sales secretary capacity. Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the mortgage and financial services industry having previously worked for the Woolwich, Global Home Loans and Norwich Union. Her fantastic work ethic was recognised at the Woolwich and she was duly appointed as a Branch Manager at a very young age. Lisa is ultimately responsible for the administration of the branch but due to her experience, knowledge and drive is also involved in many other aspects of the business and customer facing. Lisa has an excellent knowledge of Chandlers Ford, having lived here for ten years and is married to Derek.
5.Zoe Sparks
Zoe has worked for Sparks Ellison since its opening in 2003 and helped with the set up of the business in the build up to the launch. Zoe had an excellent career in marketing in which she has a degree prior to starting a family with Adam. These skills are used to excellent effect within the business where her variety of tasks include general customer enquiries, administration, accounts and mail shot campaigns.
6.Victoria Robinson, 7.Mary Needham & 8.Kim Rushton
Victoria, Mary and Kim provide fantastic support for us at the weekends and allow us to carry out extra business at this busy time. Where many of our competitors work on a skeleton staff with a number of them closing on Sundays and even Saturday afternoons, we are able to increase our capacity to carry out business when our customers are often around. Victoria and Kim both reside in Chandlers Ford with their families, and bring with them relative customer experience within the insurance industry and excellent local knowledge. Mary brings with her a wealth of experience within the property industry, having spent many years working for Barratt Homes as a Sales Negotiator.
9.Paul Wright
Paul has been a financial adviser since 1984 starting his own business in 1990. He is fully Qualified to give advice in all areas of financial planning. P W Associates, the firm that Paul owns and manages has 5 Advisers including Paul plus an administrative team of 6. This ensures that Paul has ample time to give his Award Winning advice to clients while making sure that paperwork and follow up is managed effectively Paul is married to Caroline and they have two children – James and Christopher.
