HIPs

Properties marketed for sale in England and Wales need a Home Information Pack (HIP). The Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. Also included are documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title.

Mortgages

We have a partnership with, in our opinion, one of the best independent mortgage advisors in the business. Our fully qualified consultant has many years experience in the financial world, and has the prestigious title of Independent Financial Adviser of the Year 2007 across the whole of the UK. The advice you’ll get is completely impartial and independent, and will help you find the perfect mortgage to suit your requirements.

Conveyancing

We can recommend local firms that we trust to represent you and advise you on a legal standpoint. We’re confident that they’ll continue the high levels of customer service you’ve come to expect from us, and ease the way to a straightforward transaction for your property.

Removals

In 2004 we formed a partnership with a large local and international removal company who are as passionate about their business as we are about ours. If you’ll need help with moving house, let us know and we’ll get a quote for you early on in the proceedings.

Auctions

Occasionally, there are times when marketing a property via auction is the best solution. This could be if a property is semi-commercial, has a defective lease, sitting tenants or is structurally unsound.
