So who is selling your property?

Prior to Sparks Ellison, Adam had an impressive track record in the property market, starting as a junior sales negotiator in his local Chandlers Ford in 1986.

This culminated with him being responsible for 14 offices and over 80 staff of a national chain of estate agents in 2001.

In 2003, keen to make a difference, Adam returned to Chandlers Ford to set about creating the Sparks Ellison brand with Mark. Since then, they haven’t looked back. The company has attracted a seriously talented group of individuals who form the Sparks Ellison team, all of whom have one thing in common: delighting their customers.

Adam has lived in Chandlers Ford for 37 years, and has spent 20 of them working in the property market. He is married to Zoë, who also works for Sparks Ellison, and they have a son called Henry.

Mark shares Adam’s impressive track record in property, earning a prestigious “National High Achiever’ award for outstanding performance at a chain of estate agents in 1996. Mark’s career in property began in 1994 in Southampton and by 2002 he was an Area Manager for the Southampton, Bitterne, Hedge End and Eastleigh offices in the chain and responsible for the residential lettings department for the region.

Meeting Adam was a meeting of minds and, together, they launched Sparks Ellison in 2003. Like Adam, Mark is devoted to changing the perceptions people hold about estate agents and relishes the challenge of his customers putting the team to the test.

Mark has lived locally for over 25 years and has over 17 years experience in the property market. He lives with his wife Tracy and their two sons, Christopher and Michael.

Chris joined Sparks Ellison at the beginning of 2009 in line with Adam and Mark’s ethos of employing high calibre experienced individuals. Chris has been in the estate agency business since 1998 and during that time has held some very senior positions within the industry and achieved many outstanding awards due to his honest and professional approach. Chris is involved in every aspect of the business at Sparks Ellison and lives locally with his wife Sarah and sons, Luke, Jack and Harry.

Nicola was recruited into the estate agency business by Mark Ellison in 1998 and therefore brings a wealth of exceptional experience with her. Nicola worked with Mark for two years before transferring to Winchester with Adam. Nicola’s time in Winchester included working in the Residential Sales Department and the Mortgage Department, giving her a good all round knowledge of the industry. Nicola joined Sparks Ellison in August 2003 and now holds the Sale Process Management position playing a key role in liaising with buyers, sellers and solicitors. Nicola continually receives thank you cards and presents for her endeavor and success, particularly with her fantastic work in getting a sale to completion. Nicola has lived in Chandlers Ford her whole life, schooled at Scantabout and Thornden and still resides here today with her husband Paul and son Daniel.

Lisa was appointed to Sparks Ellison in 2006 in a Sales/Secretary capacity. Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the mortgage and financial services industry, having previously worked for the Woolwich, Global Home Loans and Norwich Union. Her fantastic work ethic was recognised at the Woolwich as she was duly appointed as a Branch Manager at a very young age. Lisa is ultimately responsible for the administration and smooth running of the branch, but due to her experience, knowledge and drive is also involved in many other aspects of the sales process. Lisa has an excellent knowledge of Chandlers Ford having lived her since the mid 1990’s and is married to Derek.

Zoe has worked for Sparks Ellison since opening in 2003 and helped with the set up of the business in the build up to the launch. Zoe had an excellent career in marketing in which she has a degree, prior to starting a family with Adam. These skills are used to excellent effect within the business where her variety of tasks include, general customer enquiries, administration, accounts and mail shot campaigns.

Debbie joined Sparks Ellison at the beginning of 2010 and brings with her an incredible wealth of knowledge, both in terms of the property sector and local experience. Debbie first joined the property industry in 1984 and has been working within the estate agency environment in Chandlers Ford since 1997. Debbie puts her very personal approach, knowledge and experience to good effect as the major part of her time is meeting potential buyers and undertaking viewings. Having lived in Chandlers Ford since 2001, Debbie has an excellent knowledge of the local area, where she still lives today with her husband Mark and son Jamie who attends Thornden School.

Victoria, Kim, Mary and Shona provide fantastic support for us at the weekends and allow us to carry out extra business at this busy time, including being able to undertake viewings when many of our competitors are closed or work on a skeleton staff. This enables us to carry out business and increase our capacity at this busy time when our customers are often around. Victoria, Kim and Shona all reside in Chandlers Ford with their families and bring with them relative customer experience throughout their past careers. Mary lives locally in North Baddesley and brings with her a wealth of experience within the property industry. Our team at the weekends complement our full time staff and have now been working for Sparks Ellison for a considerable time.
