Whether you’re a new landlord or an experienced investor landlord with a sizeable property portfolio, we know that you will be looking for a hassle-free professional service with maximum income and minimal costs. We pride ourselves on building strong, professional relationships with our landlords and aim always to deliver the highest service levels. Key to this is understanding your objectives  so that we can provide the service you want which in turn should deliver the investment returns you’re seeking. 

Attracting the right tenants is fundamental. We have had several years of successfully letting property in and around Chandlers Ford. All our staff are local property experts. We will provide a free, no obligation rental valuation service which will include listening to your individual needs, understanding your position and requirements, considering local supply of stock, researching rental trends and reviewing the condition of your property.

As part of our Fully Managed Service, we arrange for a professionally compiled inventory of the property's contents and condition, carried out by an independent inventory company. This will give you an accurate written and photographic snapshot of your rental property, including its interior condition, decorative order, fixtures, fittings, meter readings and any contents. Furthermore, our property managers will carry out regular inspection reports to help protect your investment. 

We offer a full range of services from Find a Tenant, to Rent Collection and Fully Managed.

Fully Managed

We relieve you of all the day-to-day hassle. An independent fully-accredited inventory company carries out regular, thorough property inspections, using a detailed inventory and taking photographs at every visit to create an in-depth inspection report. Each report provides both landlord and tenant with a regular, accurate record of the property's condition, giving reassurance to the landlord and helping reduce the risk of disputes at a later date. This also means that we can spot maintenance issues before they become serious or cause damage.

By ensuring issues are dealt with promptly, potentially more serious problems are anticipated which avoids the need for more costly repairs later. This comprehensive service is the most popular amongst our landlords. Increasingly we are finding that tenants, especially corporate ones, will only consider a property if it is being managed by an agent. This often enables us to achieve a premium rent for these properties.

Rent Collection

For landlords who wish us to administer their rent but deal with repairs and maintenance themselves, we offer a rent collection service. We market your property following our initial visit, arrange accompanied viewings, find a suitable tenant for your property, run a full tenant and referencing check, organise a detailed inventory and all the necessary legal paperwork. We also collect and transfer the rent, deposit and ongoing monthly rental payments.
